Cassandra is a senior stylist with 18 years experience. Growing up in Luray, Virginia, she completed her cosmetology training while in high school and has flourished behind the chair, as well as her time previously owning her own salon.

Since moving to the Warrenton, Virginia area she has enjoyed getting to know her new clients, plus helping them to feel and look their best. 

Cassandra is certified in the Masters of Balayage program, Brazilian Blowout and extensions, additionally has an advanced certification in color. She strives to be a sponge and soak up as much knowledge of hair through continuing education classes and experience.

She has an extensive background in weddings and formal hair. Her passion is hair color and blonding, but she also enjoys customizing men and women’s cuts to best accentuate their facial shape and lifestyle. She strives to listen to her clients, so that they feel they’re very best when they leave her chair and are empowered to style and maintain their hair at home.

In her spare time she enjoys listening to music or attending concerts. She spends most of her free time with her family, either on a softball field for one daughter or at a brewery to listen to the other’s band.

Kaitlyn graduated from Kettle Run High in 2022 and completed her cosmetology courses through their program. While in high school she assisted and learned from Master Stylist Wanda Payne-Banks for almost 3 years.

She completed her Freshman year of college at the University of Alabama before deciding she wanted to continue with her passion in the cosmetology field.

Kaitlyn loves to customize highlights and balayage for each of her clients to suit their lifestyle. Her eyes light up when she gets the chance to create an updo or formal style for weddings and proms. She strives to educate her clients on their hair needs as well as their at home hair care. 

When not in the salon Kaitlyn enjoys hanging out with her chihuahua Bieber, spending time with friends and shopping.

Emma is a recent cosmetology school graduate who is thrilled to start taking clients behind the chair.

She got her start in hair through wedding and formal updos as well as designing the hair for countless theatre productions.

She loves tailoring her services to fit her guests lifestyle and is very excited to learn new techniques and grow her repertoire with more advanced certifications.

Naomi is a Licensed Virginia Esthetician with 7 years of experience.

Her passion for all things beauty began while attending esthetics school for bridal and event makeup. While in school she ended up falling in love with the relaxing and rejuvenating experience of providing facials! Transformative treatments, along with designing your perfect at home routine, is always her goal, rewarded by seeing her clients glow inside and out!

She’s also a passionate lash artist, providing classic, hybrid and volume lash sets. In addition to facials, makeup and lashes, she is experienced in performing brow lamination, lash lifts, and full body waxing and sugaring.

On her days off, Naomi coaches gymnastics and serves in the children’s room at her church, always squeezing in time to be an auntie and fur mom.

Ally Kirkham is a dedicated Master Esthetician with a passion for helping her clients feel relaxed, confident, and beautiful in their skin. Her journey into esthetics began during her time at VCU, where she discovered her true calling.

While her peers were focused on their majors, Ally found herself drawn to a more personal path—helping others achieve comfort and confidence in their skin. Performing lash lifts and tints for friends in her dorm room, she quickly realized her passion and knew it was time to pursue a career in esthetics.

Ally specializes in advanced skincare treatments, including lash lifts, chemical peels, dermaplaning, and microdermabrasion, all aimed at helping her clients reach their skincare goals.

Outside the spa, Ally enjoys reading, watching movies, and spending time with her family. She’s also a fan of live music and loves exploring new experiences. Ally is excited to continue her skincare journey at Studio 22 Salon & Spa and looks forward to helping her clients feel their absolute best!
