Wanda is a passionate and talented stylist who loves making each client create their best look. Whether you are looking for the latest industry trends or something a little more classic, she is ready to make your beauty shine through. She takes pride in communicating with every guest to achieve their desired outcome. Wanda specializes in color and loves all shades of blonde and balayage techniques. She is experienced in a variety of cutting techniques including razor cuts and stays current with cutting education through various artists.
Wanda’s career started at The Paul Mitchell School and she continues to always advance with the latest industry trends including completion of the Wella Color Expert program in New York and Los Angeles, California. She has also completed the cutting series with The Wella Studio in Los Angeles.
In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her husband, Alan and her son Jayden along with their family dog Louie! Whenever she has time Wanda enjoys vacationing in the beautiful gulf coast of Florida or anywhere in the Caribbean.

Alyssa is a passionate and highly skilled stylist with a passion for “All Things Blonde” from sun-kissed balayage to precision foiling techniques. She has a deep love for creating customized, dimensional color that perfectly complements each clients features, style, as well as delivering flattering, face framing women's cuts.
Alyssa's meticulous attention to detail ensures every blonde she creates is healthy, dimensional and uniquely tailed. She believes that blonding is more than just lightening hair, it's about enhancing confidence and bringing out the natural beauty in every guest who sits in her chair.
She completed her cosmetology education in 2023 in Manassas, Virginia while training under master stylist and owner Wanda Payne-Banks for over a year gaining invaluable hands-on experience and mastering advanced coloring and cutting techniques.
Alyssa prides herself on making every salon visit a comfortable, enjoyable experience, always listening carefully to her clients needs and vision. Her goal is for each guest to leave feeling like the most confident, radiant version of themselves.
When not in the salon, Alyssa enjoys spending quality time with her husband Austin and their son Mason.

Madison loves the diversity hair brings into her life and is passionate about transforming hair into works of art. With a strong passion for vivids, barber cuts, custom haircuts, textured hair and anything fun and funky! She also offers Lash Lift and Eyebrow Laminations.
After working in a salon while taking a fashion styling course at The Fashion Institute of Technology, she developed and grew her passion for the hair industry. Madison pursued her education and graduated from cosmetology school in Manassas, VA. She's very passionate about continuing her education to further enhance her craft. Madison plans to get her master barber licenses in the near future.
When she's not doing hair she's being an amazing dog mom to her boy Ozzy or you can find her tending to her plants.

Jenna is a cosmetologist and esthetician dedicated to enhancing beauty and wellness. During her time in cosmetology school, Jenna discovered her enthusiasm for esthetics, prompting her to pursue further education in this field.
With a foundation in cosmetology and a focus on advanced esthetics, Jenna seamlessly blends technical skills with excellent interpersonal abilities to cultivate enduring relationships with clients. Her experience spans both spa environments and freelance settings, where she specializes in facial treatments and waxing.
Jenna holds a cosmetology license and is certified in Basic Life Support CPR-AED, equipping her to address a wide range of client needs. She is eager to expand her knowledge and contribute to a dynamic beauty or wellness business that values performance and offers opportunities for growth. She has successfully obtained her Basic and Master Esthetics certifications enabling her to provide advanced techniques and expertise to her services.
On her days off, Jenna enjoys spending quality time with her dogs and family, and she finds joy in crocheting.

Kassi has been practicing Massage Therapy for 22 years. Having worked locally for many years, she brings her care and passion to Studio 22.
She graduated from Stranford in 2019 as a Relaxational Therapist. This therapy helps with breathing techniques, guided meditation, biofeedback, humor therapy, color therapy and more. Using these techniques and skills, she is able to customize each massage to better benefit her clients.
In 2020 she received her certification in hatha yoga and laughter yoga. Yoga benefits the client experience with exercises and techniques to maximize ultimate relaxation.
Kassi is incredibly excited to bring body sculpting to Studio 22 as she just received certification as a body sculpting specialist.
Body Sculpting melts the fat in the body with radio frequency waves while red light therapy also helps tighten the skin. The melted fat is removed from the body through the Lymphatic system.
